- Each order is dispatched usually after 3-4 days if shipped via International Registered Air Mail, and 1-2 days if shipped via DHL. Items using registered air mail usually take 5-15 days.For faster delivery you can chose DHL Express,that deliver usually in 2-4 days.

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. The only customer information we collect are for the purposes of fulfilling orders, contacting purchasers to inform them of their order status and helping to enhance the operation of our site, for statistical purposes and to administer our systems. We do not share or sell any information to third parties.
- Returns & Replacements
- Pasen Shop only offers returns on items sold directly through our site. We offer a 14 day return policy, whatever the reason, if within 14 days of getting the player, you may send it back to us for a refund. All items must be returned with all accessories and free gifts that came with it. Refunds will not be given to any damaged players (this includes players that have scratches or any other cosmetic damage). Items must be returned in a as new state.
Players that come with sealed accessories are considered used and unreturnable if these accessories are opened. All returns will be deducted shipping and $5.00 per player.
After 14 days ALL SALES ARE FINAL, all items come with a standard 1 year warranty against defects in workmanship, it does not cover damage by misuse. If your item arrives non functioning/DOA/or defective then the buyer must notify us within 48hrs of the item arriving, we will exchange the defective player for a new one, we will also credit the buyer (up to USD$10) for shipping expenses to returning the product. We do not replace any accessories (headphone, USB cable etc) or free gift items that may have come with the item. Please Contact Us before returning anything. - Warranty
- All items come with a 12 month standard warranty against defects in workmanship, it does not cosmetic wear and tear or damage through misuse. Warranty doesn't cover accesories bundled with other items such as earphones or cables included in mp3 players and phone box. Upgrading an item with an unofficial firmware is considered misuse and invalidate the warranty. The shipping costs for items under warranty are all at the customer expense,while for DOA ( dead on arrival ) items we will credit the buyer up to USD 10$ to return the item and will reship the item at our expenses.
